One of the new festival queen rules is you can't be older then 12yo. Rule: 2. 232 states. No contestant can have children. We had to lower the age from 16 to 12 so that we'd get some contestants. There will be a seminar this year called "Helping unwed teens to get their start" : public service is our goal.

Now that the school levy has passed what will happen to all the rentals? Those on hud will have to move with school age children because they need to be living close to a school in order to get rents paid. That will certainly put a damper on town, lol.
